KITES

Storylight:
J is a smalltime hustler in Vegas, who likes to make money by teaching in dance classes and marrying gals looking for green card for money, untill one of his students who is crazy in love for him turns out to be daughter of bigshot businessman of Vegas.
J is getting nearer to what he wants viz money, but only for the Mexican fiancée of his mean haughty and cruel would be brother in law, who can't speak either English or Hindi but the language of love( shadow signs) and has barged into the family for the same reasons as J.
So finally the Love wins and they decide to choose life over the pelf, but the rich business family with media, cops and goons on their side are able to force the lovers to commit suicide in a very Shakespearean way. But hail bollywood, the lovers meet again under the waters they had committed suicide.

i think they are confused what they wanna make,
Bollywood old styled movie with Hollywood styled subtitles in Hindi, people speaking in English for most of the time and Bollywood's melodramatic futile attempts at extracting more than it deserves from a scene.
Fashion, Looks, Sceneries, are plus points, locations too good, all the characters are so well dressed up that it seems they'd do better for a photoshoot, but sad same is evident from their acting( that they are photoshoot guys.
For Hritvik crazy babes, tanned, perfectly crafted 6 pack abs, a treat.
Leggy soft spoken Barbara Mori for guys, but i think sometimes she pouts a little too much and smiles a little more than required.( though you should smile as much as you can)
No story, poor script, slow moving car chases, (first half literally drags) and a good but non matching soliloquy, guess trailers were too good.
Too slow to be called an action movie, too lame to make the love story click( kisses never came at right times, what were they afraid of censor?, media? or themselves?).
2.5/5: Go for locations, fashion.
